Refund policy

Defective or Faulty Products

All products sold on Modavora are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us first. The product must then be returned for warranty processing to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received, the product will be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection. Processing times depend on the manufacturer. Full warranty details can be found on the product packaging or the manufacturer’s website.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 558 §1 of the Polish Civil Code, the seller’s liability under statutory warranty is excluded. Any further claims will be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.

Order Errors (Wrong Item Sent)

If you receive an incorrect product due to our mistake, please contact us. You will be asked to return the item to the address above. Once received, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We may contact you to confirm details if needed.

If a package is returned due to:

an incorrect address provided by the customer, or
failure to collect the package

a €5 return fee will be charged to cover carrier costs.

If the error is due to our side, we will take full responsibility and resend the package at our expense.
