All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failure to collect the package

a €5 return fee may be applied to cover carrier costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Modavora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance

  • courier disruptions

  • incorrect address provided by the customer


Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
